Additional Upsizing of Placement to $3.02 Million

Nanoveu (ASX: NVU) – Placement Upsized to $3.02M to Accelerate Commercial Growth

Nanoveu has increased its capital raise to $3.02 million after securing an additional $310,000 from an existing investor. The placement, priced at $0.031 per share, includes a 1-for-2 free attaching option exercisable at $0.045, expiring in May 2027.

Funds will support the commercialisation of Nanoveu’s EMASS AI semiconductor platform, EyeFly3D™ glasses-free 3D technology, and Nanoshield™ Solar coatings, now in field trials in Morocco and the UAE.

This positions Nanoveu to advance its roadmap and capitalise on opportunities in AI, 3D visualisation, and clean energy.
